Tags now auto-apply to inventory

Recently, we introduced Smarter inventory enabling you to create tags and supporting rules to enable inventory to be clearly identifiable for certain properties. We first implemented it with manual triggering of rules evaluation to test the solution out in the wild, but of course, it's not smart enough for our liking!

Now the whenever an inventory item changes or a rule changes, the tag rules are automatically applied meaning if you delete a rule, tags are removed, if you update an item you get the latest applicable tags.

Next up in this process of enhancing smarter management is rolling out this tag engine to orders, and mill certificates, as well as enabling you to build rules that span across connected items (like having order line items tags that flag when reserved stock has moved to a specific location).
